REQUESTERS DUTY TO PROVIDE SUITABLE AND RELEVANT TEST MATERIAL

The customer is responsible for providing Amplexa with samples suitable for the tests in question. Therefore, it is the obligation of the customer to provide material of sufficient quality and quantity for Amplexa to perform the analysis. When receiving the samples Amplexa performs initial tests for quality and quantity and failure to meet those criteria will cause a rejection of the sample. The customer will be informed there of, and typically be asked to send a new sample.
